Objective
- The lecture hall will be refurbished for improved acoustics and modern desks for digital learning to be possible. Each desk shall have a desktop computer for the participants to connect with the resources for the skill development programs on IT systems managed by the centre.
Description
- The computer centre has a lecture hall on the first floor of the building for about 40 persons to participate. The space has poor acoustics after the district cooling has been installed. The infrastructure is not ready for an online / hybrid learning environment. The audio and sound proofing systems need to be set up. Wall paneling and furniture needs to be put in place. A modern appearance of the interior space will also help the project staff feel comfortable and motivated for their work.
Impact
- The refurbished lecture hall will be commissioned as a digital skill development facility and can be named. Workshops for digital skill development will be conducted as part of this project.
