Description
- As AI reshapes education, industry, and daily life, women and educators in rural and semi-urban India remain underserved in AI literacy. This IIT Madras CSR initiative ? seeking ?2 crore ? delivers two targeted programmes: AI for K-12 Educators training 500 school teachers to integrate AI into classrooms, and Introduction to Data Science and AI for Women training 1,000 college women in AI, data science, and generative tools. Reaching 1,500 participants directly, the initiative strengthens STEM participation, boosts employability, and ensures ethical AI adoption across underserved communities.
