Objective
- The program aims to empower girls and young women in India to reach their full potential and contribute to the country's development, By providing them with the academic support, resources, and guidance they need, the program can help them overcome the barriers they face and achieve their dreams
Description
- This IIT Madras program empowers girls and young women by delivering career awareness sessions, personalized My Choice My Future (MCMF) career assessments with individualized reports, and online motivational sessions in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on leadership skills ? supplemented by distribution of popular science books and biographies of scientists and engineers in vernacular languages. By providing targeted academic support and career guidance, the program reduces school dropout rates, inspires girls to pursue STEM education, and empowers them to achieve careers aligned with their interests.

- This project holds the potential to significantly reduce school dropout rates particularly among girls by providing career guidance and fostering career aspirations, It instills confidence, promotes positive career outlooks, and encourages parents' active involvement in their children's futures, Teachers gain a deeper understanding of students enabling more targeted support, Most importantly it inspires girls to pursue STEM education fostering motivation for higher studies and empowering them to pursue careers aligned with their interests
