  • To manufacture sustainable materials from India-specific agricultural waste.

Description

  • The Centre focuses on finding value-added applications for agro-waste in Sustained Mobility and other areas., India Specific Agricultural waste requires customized solutions as it is region specific., The Centre focuses on both fundamental research and product development centric research that will facilitate India to achieve UN SDG Target., An Integrated Design - Materials -Manufacturing approach is attempted using zero-waste additive technologies.

Impact

  • Will contribute to pollution control as most of the agricultural waste is burnt in India and to circular economy and farmer's welfare.
