- The study aims to explore the intersection of gender and socio-economic factors, highlighting the significance of women's voices in the workplace. It seeks to uncover challenges faced by working women in being heard and their impact on various stakeholders. The goal is to identify solutions that promote women's voices, fostering personal effectiveness, organizational development, and societal growth.
Description
- Employment of a mixed-method approach for the program's objectives., Phase I: Organize colloquiums in major metros to gather perspectives on women's voice., Phase 2: Conduct focus group discussions and interviews with experienced female professionals to develop a conceptual model., Phase 3: Use survey and experimental methods with female professionals in Indian metropolitan cities to examine study objectives and test the conceptual model. Secondary data will also be considered from various sources.
