Description
- This IIT Madras initiative develops a comprehensive curriculum framework for hydrogen technology and the entire hydrogen value chain ? designed in consultation with industrial partners and educational institutions, covering course content, duration, teaching mode, and certification criteria. Through a flexible, responsive training model enabling a 'one-country-one-program' approach via partnerships across valleys and institutions, the centre issues certifications through IIT Madras or platforms like NPTEL/Nan Mudhalvan ? building skilled talent, advancing clean-energy innovation, and strengthening India's hydrogen ecosystem.
Impact
- Upon successful completion of the course, students will undergo a comprehensive evaluation process including examinations and assessments, Upon satisfactory performance, certification will be issued by an authoritative centre like IIT Madras or online platforms like NPTEL/Nan Mudhalvan, which opens up career opportunities for individuals seeking to explore and engage in the hydrogen field
