- This proposal establishes comprehensive supporting infrastructure spanning biomedical technologies and advanced manufacturing systems. These facilities strengthen the Centre for Advanced Semiconductor Technologies (CAST) by enabling adjacent research in biomedical device development, advanced manufacturing and machining processes, robotics and automation for semiconductor manufacturing, materials testing and mechanical characterization, and sustainable engineering practices in electronics manufacturing
