Objective
- The objective is to bridge the gender divide and make STEM accessible to women from all backgrounds. By building a digital platform for women in STEM the aim to debunk the myth of gender bias and to facilitate opportunities for aspiring girls for higher studies and career in STEM.
Description
- Create a digital database of women in STEM with comprehensive documentation of their contributions and achievements, Develop a digital interactive forum through which users can access information on all aspects of STEM, Initiate skill development training programmes and regular career counselling for school children from rural areas, Launch a repository of documentary series on women in STEM, Conduct live interviews and interactive sessions for girls.

- The project is expected to have a significant social impact by: Promoting gender equality in STEM, Encouraging girls to choose STEM as their career, Providing training and support to girls from rural and underprivileged backgrounds to pursue a career in STEM, Creating a knowledge network and support system for women in STEM
