Description
- This three-year CSR project ? funded by Renault Nissan India and executed by IIT Madras in partnership with industry ? skills ITI technicians in Electric Vehicle and eMobility technologies with a critical focus on safety. By establishing an operational EV training facility at NSTI Guindy, delivering a robust safety-focused curriculum, and certifying approximately 30 ITI technicians annually, the initiative reduces the EV skill gap, enhances technician employability, improves EV servicing safety, and sets a national benchmark for EV technical training ? contributing to India's clean energy transition.
