Objective
- This project aims to address challenges faced by girls in English language learning, including social and psychological impacts resulting from language barriers. It seeks to identify specific areas of English language skills where girls underperform and aims to boost their confidence in speaking English. Additionally, the project aims to propose inclusive learning policies to cater to diverse learner needs, ensuring academic excellence and opportunities for upward social mobility.
Description
- Improve the English language skills of senior secondary female students, particularly those who have struggled and faced hardships to attain secondary education, Identify the nature of difficulties that these students face and the skills of English language in which their performance is poor, Suggest policies to develop an inclusive learning environment, Motivate the learners to engage in the learning process, Develop confidence in speaking in English.
Impact
- This study focuses on secondary school girls, specifically those who have encountered hardships in accessing secondary education. The project aims to enhance their English language proficiency to improve academic and professional prospects, ultimately fostering individual independence.
