Skill Training Program for ITI, Diploma, and Engineering Graduates

Proposal to offer skill training to ITI/Diploma/Engineering graduates/youth of 18-23 years old

Objective

• To build an engineering intuition that is a blend of experiential understanding of the theory and engineering skills, Widen participation in design and fabrication related learning, Provide opportunities to develop an enhanced and state of the art range of core skills in engineering, To impart hands on training in the areas of manufacturing, assembly, quality control etc.

Description

• Skills development is a national movement to provide Indians with opportunities to develop potential to the fullest extent throughout their life, regardless of their prior experience, Through this movement, the skills, passion and contributions of every individual will drive India's next phase of development towards an advanced economy and inclusive society.

Impact

• CODE/CCE, IIT Madras will provide Course Completion certificate, Participants will acquire essential skill for employment in Industries.
