Objective
- Our primary focus is on imparting marketing and management skills and mentoring support to select women entrepreneurs to promote entrepreneurship.
Description
- The primary purpose of this project is to nurture and promote women entrepreneurship through a blended approach of training, mentoring, and market support. The proposed project purpose is based on the outcomes of a 4 year-long (2016-2019) CSR-funded project by Tamil Nadu Paper Prints Limited (TNPL).
Impact
- In sum, the expected outcomes are: - Increased number of women-owned businesses, - Enhanced business skills and knowledge among participants, - Improved access to markets and customer bases, - Strengthened mentorship networks and community support, - Data-driven insights to inform future interventions and policies.
