Description
- The SIDBI and IITM Fintech Entrepreneurship and Pre-Incubation Centre (SIFEPIC) will be a CSR initiative by Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) in collaboration with Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras (IITM), The Centre aims to identify, evaluate and promote entrepreneurs in the Fintech domain and encourage startups specifically in the MSME segment.
Impact
- SIFEPIC could be a pioneer and leader in incubating projects and startups in the Fintech domain, The collaboration between SIDBI and IITM could help leverage the advantages of both academic and professional expertise and promote entrepreneurial culture in the domain, The Centre could be a hub that adopts AI to address industry challenges, The Centre could also become a leader in providing Entrepreneurship Training programs.
