Waste to Energy CSR: Hydrothermal Liquefaction for Low Carbon Fuels and Roads

This CSR proposal scales hydrothermal liquefaction to treat kilogram level solid waste streams, producing bio crude oil for generator tests and biochar for bitumen blends, showing how cities can turn difficult waste into useful energy and road building resources in a circular, carbon conscious way.
