  • The project aims to build an India-specific digital twin for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) by integrating multi-omics and metabolomic data, enabling personalized diagnosis, dietary recommendations, and improved clinical management.

Impact

  • Improves PCOS diagnosis for Indian women, identifies biomarkers for lean PCOS, and creates an open-source application to support clinicians and patients in managing PCOS.
