Objective

  • To do community outreach via education & awareness programs for college girls in a few districts of Tamil Nadu and conduct a screening process for young rural women suffering from malnutrition and hormonal imbalance. This will educate them through the approach of appropriate healthcare setups & government schemes for screening and management of their sugar and hormone levels.

Description

  • An IIT Madras initiative to improve women's reproductive health through awareness programmes and screening for malnutrition, hormonal imbalances, and PCOS among rural college girls.
